1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and pub008 ("pub008," "we," "us," "our") governing your access to and use of the pub008 online gaming platform available at pub008.net, including all associated subdomains, mobile-optimized pages, APIs, and services (collectively, the "Platform").

By completing the registration process, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing any feature of the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, bonus terms, and promotional conditions that pub008 may publish from time to time, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

pub008 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. Eligibility

Access to and use of pub008 is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied on an ongoing basis:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform. This requirement is mandated by applicable Philippine gaming regulations, including those issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). pub008 strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement and will verify your age during the KYC process.

• Self-Exclusion: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, voluntary exclusion, or third-party exclusion from any gaming platform or regulatory authority.

3. Account Registration

To access real-money games and services on pub008, you are required to register a player account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

3.1 Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, valid email address, and a mobile number registered in your name. You agree to promptly update your account information whenever any of these details change.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual natural person may register and maintain only one (1) pub008 account. The operation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different identity details, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. pub008 uses automated systems and manual review processes to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, pub008 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending bets, and forfeit all balances across those accounts without prior notice or liability.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pub008 login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passcode (OTP) associated with your account. You must not share your credentials with any third party. pub008 will never contact you to request your password or OTP through any channel. Any activity conducted through your account while logged in with your credentials will be treated as having been authorized by you.

3.4 Account Dormancy

An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. pub008 may apply a monthly inactivity fee to dormant accounts in accordance with the schedule published on the Platform. pub008 will make reasonable attempts to notify you before applying any dormancy fee. You may reactivate your account at any time by completing a successful login and identity verification.

4. KYC and Identity Verification

In compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering laws and PAGCOR licensing requirements, pub008 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You will be required to complete KYC verification before making your first withdrawal and may be required to re-verify at any time at pub008's discretion.

4.1 Required Documents

Standard KYC verification on pub008 requires submission of the following:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, UMID, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, driver's license, or voter's ID);
• Proof of current residential address dated within the last three (3) months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certificate); and
• For payment method verification: a screenshot or photo of your GCash, PayMaya, or bank account showing your registered name and account number.

4.2 KYC Processing

pub008 will process standard KYC submissions within a reasonable timeframe. During KYC review, withdrawal requests may be placed on hold. pub008 is not liable for any delay in withdrawal processing that results from a Player's failure to submit complete and accurate KYC documentation. If any document submitted is found to be altered, fraudulent, or misrepresentative, pub008 will immediately suspend the relevant account and may refer the matter to Philippine law enforcement authorities.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

pub008 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI online banking, BDO online banking, Metrobank online banking, and select cryptocurrency options (BTC and USDT). All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to PHP at the prevailing market rate at the time of the transaction.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and are published on the Cashier page of the Platform. pub008 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may also apply per transaction, per day, and per week, and are subject to your account's current verification tier.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method that has been verified in your name during the KYC process. pub008 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. All active bonuses must be either completed, cancelled, or forfeited before a withdrawal request can be processed. pub008 reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal that it deems unusual or that triggers internal compliance checks.

5.4 Deposit Restrictions

pub008 does not accept deposits from persons who do not hold a verified pub008 account. pub008 is not responsible for funds transferred to the platform by mistake or by an unauthorized third party. If you believe a transaction was made in error, you must contact pub008 support immediately. Recovered funds will be credited to your account at pub008's sole discretion following verification.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

pub008 may, at its sole discretion, offer bonuses, free credits, cashback, reload promotions, and other incentive programs to players. The following general conditions apply to all pub008 bonuses unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion's terms:

• Each bonus offer is available once per player, per household, per device, and per payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds may only be used on games specified in the promotion terms. Certain games (including some live dealer and sports betting markets) may be excluded from or contribute differently toward wagering requirements.
• pub008 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time and for any reason without prior notice.
• Where pub008 reasonably suspects that a player is abusing a bonus — including but not limited to low-risk wagering strategies, hedging bets across multiple outcomes, or exploiting a system error — pub008 may void the bonus and any associated winnings and may suspend the relevant account.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the withdrawal process following satisfaction of all applicable wagering requirements.

7. Gameplay and Betting Rules

7.1 Game Rules

Each game available on the pub008 Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible from within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to the conduct of that game only.

7.2 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or connectivity failure during a game or live event on pub008, the affected round or bet may be declared void at pub008's discretion. If a technical malfunction results in an incorrect payout being displayed or credited, pub008 reserves the right to correct the error and reclaim any overpaid funds. pub008 is not liable for losses resulting from technical disruptions caused by factors outside of its reasonable control, including internet service provider failures, device issues, or force majeure events.

7.3 Sabong and Live Events

Live sabong matches streamed on pub008 are sourced from PAGCOR-accredited cockpits. Betting on live sabong matches (Meron, Wala, and Draw) is subject to the betting windows and odds published for each fight. Once a bet is confirmed and the betting window for that fight has closed, the bet cannot be amended or cancelled. pub008 is not responsible for decisions made by cockpit officials or referees regarding fight outcomes.

7.4 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets on pub008 cover PBA, NBA, UFC, international football, and boxing, among others. Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. pub008 reserves the right to void or suspend any market where it suspects irregular betting activity, where an event result is in dispute, or where a clear pricing error has occurred.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pub008 Platform. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct is subject to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential referral to Philippine law enforcement:

• Registering an account using false, stolen, or misrepresented identity information;
• Registering or operating multiple accounts, or allowing another person to use your account;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in any way not expressly authorized by pub008;
• Colluding with other players or engaging in any form of cheating, match-fixing, or insider betting;
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime purposes;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors for financial gain — any winnings derived from such exploitation are void and subject to reclaim;
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals through your bank or e-wallet provider without first pursuing the pub008 dispute resolution process;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward pub008 staff, agents, or other players via any communication channel;
• Accessing or attempting to access the pub008 Platform from a restricted jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or other IP obfuscation tool;
• Any other conduct that pub008 determines, in its sole and reasonable discretion, to be fraudulent, harmful, or contrary to the spirit of fair play.

9. Responsible Gaming

pub008 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across the Platform. We recognize that gambling can become harmful for some players, and we maintain a range of tools and resources to help players stay in control.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately and can only be lowered immediately; requests to raise a limit are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session time alerts to receive notifications after a defined period of continuous play.

10. Suspension and Termination

pub008 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;

• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or abuse of the Platform;
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a Player's bank or e-wallet provider;
• A request by a relevant regulatory authority, law enforcement agency, or court order;
• Discovery that the account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, pub008 will endeavor to complete the investigation within a reasonable timeframe. If the investigation concludes in the Player's favor, the account will be reinstated and any withheld funds will be released. If the investigation confirms a breach, balances may be partially or fully forfeited.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their pub008 account may do so by contacting pub008 support. Any verified real-money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure (net of any unmet bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the pub008 Platform — including but not limited to the pub008 brand name and logo, software, game content, graphics, text, audio, video, icons, and user interface design — is the property of pub008 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, transmit, or otherwise exploit any content from the pub008 Platform without prior written permission from pub008. Any unauthorized use of pub008 intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pub008 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, business interruption, or any other intangible losses.

pub008's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising under or in relation to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pub008 makes no warranty that the Platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

13. Privacy

Your use of the pub008 Platform is also governed by pub008's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy explains how pub008 collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal data in compliance with applicable Philippine data protection laws. 14. Changes to Terms

pub008 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, pub008 will notify registered Players via email or an on-platform notification. The revised Terms will display the updated "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the pub008 Platform following the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 10.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of any dispute between you and pub008, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting pub008 support. pub008 will endeavor to resolve disputes within a reasonable timeframe. If informal resolution is not achieved within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate Philippine regulatory body or a competent court in the Philippines.

You agree that any legal proceedings in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
